It all began
in 1922.
Pavlos Pavlidis arrived in Athens from Asia Minor in 1922 and for years sold handmade pasteli, almond sweets and kaimaki ice cream on the streets. In 1946 he opened his first patisserie.
Today, at 59 Katechaki Avenue, we still follow the same recipes: by hand, with pure ingredients and plenty of patience.
